The dark blue rim really anchors the light blue center so they don't look washed out on my brown eyes. I put them on for a convention photoshoot and they held up for hours without any discomfort, which honestly surprised me.
The light blue center shifts beautifully under stage lights while the dark rim keeps the look defined even from the back row. I wore them for a full convention day and they stayed comfortable the whole time. My cosplay photos came out exactly how I wanted.
